Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Officine 19 (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit officine19.com (the “Site”) or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are. Officine 19 is a trading name of 19.studio Ltd, which is the data controller for your information. For any question about your data, email info@officine19.com.

We only collect what we need to run the shop. We don’t sell your data, we don’t use advertising trackers and we don’t send marketing emails.

What we collect

When you place an order. Your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, the items you buy and any note you add at checkout. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe: we never see or store your full card number.

When you contact us. Your name, email address and your message, when you use the contact or bespoke form or email us directly.

When you browse the Site.

  • Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
  • We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you: visitors are counted with a hash of the request that is discarded within 24 hours.
  • The contact and bespoke forms use Vercel BotID, which checks your browser when you send a message, to filter out automated spam.
  • We use your approximate location (country, worked out from your IP address) to show prices in pounds, euros or dollars. We don’t store it.

Cookies and local storage

The Site doesn’t set any cookies. Your shopping cart is saved in your browser’s local storage so it’s still there when you come back; it never leaves your device until you check out, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Stripe’s checkout page, which you reach when you pay, sets its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud. They are covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.

How we use your information

  • To fulfil your order: taking payment, making and shipping your piece, sending order confirmations and tracking numbers, and handling returns. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To answer your messages and prepare bespoke quotes, which is in our legitimate interest and yours.
  • To keep records we’re required to keep by law, such as accounting and tax records.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure, which is in our legitimate interest.
  • To understand how the Site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the shop, and only what each of them needs:

  • Stripe: payments and fraud prevention.
  • Vercel: hosting the Site, web analytics and spam protection on the contact forms.
  • Resend: sending order confirmations and delivering contact-form messages to us.
  • Couriers (such as Royal Mail): your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where your information leaves the UK or European Economic Area, it is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US and UK–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we’re required to for accounting and tax purposes (currently six years in the UK). Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted on request. Server logs and analytics data are kept for a short period by Vercel and then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • have it corrected if it’s wrong, or deleted if we no longer need it;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
  • receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@officine19.com. We’ll reply within one month. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
