Shipping Information

Shipping is free on all orders.

Items that are Ready To Ship will be shipped to UK addresses via “Royal Mail Special Delivery by 4 PM”. Expect 1-2 days processing times. Please note a customer signature is required.

For deliveries to the EU and US shipping usually takes 7-10 days. Please be aware there might be delays at Customs due to Brexit.

Shipping on "Made to Order" and custom products generally takes 3-4 weeks due to the extensive craftsmanship involved. This time may vary depending on the product created.

You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
